What would be a good made up name for a disease?

Herpegonasyphilaids. That about covers them all. LOL!!

What do u name this disease??please tell me?

Its hair loss or balding, patchy hair loss, normal for us humans to loose hair from sickness illness disease.....You might want to look up a Endoanologist or a Dermatologist
A dermatologist may be better at determining if this is hair loss from an infection, skin condition, such as ring worm or scaring alopecia.
A endocrinologist may be better finding out if this hair loss is from a hormone related problem, with several lab tests preformed this could be resolved with time.
A trichologist may be of some help as well.............
Most important is that you find a doctor any of the above that is caring and most knowledgeable about hair loss

I need a complicated name of a disease?

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis is a form of motor neurone disease (ALS, sometimes called Maladie de Charcot) is a progressive,[1] fatal, neurodegenerative disease caused by the degeneration of motor neurons, the nerve cells in the central nervous system that control voluntary muscle movement. In the United States and Canada, the condition is often referred to as Lou Gehrig's Disease, after the New York Yankees baseball star who was diagnosed with the disease in 1939 and died from it in 1941, at age thirty-seven; today, renowned physicist Stephen Hawking is likely the best-known living ALS patient. The disorder causes muscle weakness and atrophy throughout the body as both the upper and lower motor neurons degenerate, ceasing to send messages to muscles. Unable to function, the muscles gradually weaken, develop fasciculations (twitches) because of denervation, and eventually atrophy because of that denervation. The patient may ultimately lose the ability to initiate and control all voluntary movement; bladder and bowel sphincters and the muscles responsible for eye movement are usually (but not always) spared.

Cognitive function is generally spared except in certain situations such as when ALS is associated with frontotemporal dementia.[2] However, there are reports of more subtle cognitive changes of the frontotemporal type in many patients when detailed neuropsychological testing is employed. Sensory nerves and the autonomic nervous system, which controls functions like sweating, generally remain functional.

What are some re-emerging diseases?

tuberculosis is a re-emerging disease for two reasons in the west (It's always been commoner in the east) for many reasons, more people traveling and bringing it back and more people who are immunocompromised especially with HIV infection.
It is caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis which is classified as a gram positive aerobic bacteria although it doesn't really fit into that category.
Main symptoms are cough for more than 3 months (often productive or coughing up blood) along with night sweats and weight loss.
Is spread by coughing and sneezing and in saliva.
Treated with a combination of antibiotics usually rifampicin and isoniazid.
Not up to date with current research really. Lot of information out there though on the web.

Why would anyone want a disease named after them?

Ego. Pride.Much better to be named after a disease. That way, your parents can pick a good one.My dad suggested his favorite parasite from veterinary medical school for me. Macachanthus herrudinatious , an intestinal flatworm of pigs. I suggested my favorite bug, Yersinia pestis, the old name for the plague bacillus for my first born. Luckily, my mother, and my wife vetoed our suggestions. Although I have to admit, knowing the full name and what it mean, Mac H. Collins would have a certain ring to it.

Which is the name of the disease that is caused by deficiency of thyroxin in adults, either creatinism or myoxidema?

Hypothyroidism?? Is that the name you were after?Cretinism usually affects children. Not everyone gets myxedema, people can be extremely hypo, but not have this symptom.Hypothyroidism can be because the thyroid fails to make T4/thyroxine, this would be primary hypothyroidism. However, if the pituitary or hypothalamus malfunctions, causing low TSH levels or TSH levels that do not rise, and thus the thyroid does not make more T4, then that is secondary hypothyroidism. It is important to know that hypothyroidism can be caused by many other reasons, not just these reasons.https://www.quora.com/Can-hypoth...

Do you want to be famous for having a disease named after you?

There are usually two ways in which you would end up with a disease named after you. Either you're the person that discovered it or, the first patient to be diagnosed with the disease the person that led the medical community to discover and identify your condition as being a previously unknown disease. If the former yes, that would be amazing something to definitely be proud of, although it's unlikely that I'd discover a disease not being a doctor. As for the latter......still yes! If there's something wrong with me that could be considered some sort of disease or disorder I want it to be discovered I'd be glad to be the person who shed light into a plight that was unknown. Also whatever the reason it's always nice to have your name immortalized.

What is the name of the disease that causes facial legions due to a lack of hemoglobin?

I was just watching an episode of CSI and a woman had this disease so she was eating human livers and spleens. They mentioned the name but i dont recall what it was called. It is genetic and apparently is caused by the body absorbing too much hemoglobin. I believe they called it king lear's disease, but i don't know if that's right and i want to know the medical name
