Writer's Block/Story Ideas?
I am bored to death. And I find writing stories interesting-but I tend to have writer's block. I need some character names-first and last name-and some story ideas. I like to write about dramatic/thriller/romantic stuff. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

Any ideas for a romantic/comedy/suspense thriller for a story/play? Preferably including kid/tween characters?
A detective that is trying to solve his own murders by blaming his assistant because his assistant's wife is getting in the way of his career and the assistant finds out that when his wife dies it is the detective so he kills him and flees to an island called Dackem where he encounters a colony of elves lead by an evil necromancer so he has to find a way off the island before the necromancer finds him but his kids get infected by the necromancer so he has to find a cure.

Supernatural story ideas?
the possibilities are endless. if you're into romance then do one where one of the lovers (preferably the male) is a bit messed up or different. for example he could be freakishly strong and he could be convinced he's monster and block himself out from the world. If you wanted a legend then you could experiment with different mythical creatures like centaurs, mermaids- you could give people a different insight to their lives or the threats that are facing them; or you could make the creatures a threat themselves. I always find that making it really scary with these genres is good as well. There are lots of scary things like slenderman and jeff the killer. if you want a better insight into these kind of disturbing things, search up creepypasta. it's got really disturbing and scary (and gory sometimes too) stories and pictures which could inspire you. Also if it is scary you could get really creepy settings like in a forest, school at night (long corridors could be creepy), crematoriums, churchyards. Or you could have a completely different approach and this place could not even be earth. it could be a parallel universe where everything is similar but a little bit different too.
